What is your opinion?

I would think that in view of Googles popularity and widespread usage it is, on average, one of the very best search sites.
However, for special needs like professional topics I use up to 100 other search engines depending on the topic of interest.

Bing (link) is actually better than google. But, nobody uses it. I definitely won't, as it is Microsoft's attempt at dethroning google. No 2k bug problems and plenty of gas here !!!

I have just had a queer do on win 7 though.
Most downloads contained empty archives and just a few directories.
Some downloads had exe's, but they were corrupt!

I have just gone back to an image file re-install and all is back to normal, thank goodness.
