Tonight im trying out a Lucid Dreaming Tea, its called Sweet Gale, I will post how it went tommorow.

this tea is supposed to enhance dream recall. Would be interesting to hear how it works.

The Tea seemed to work fairly well, enhanced my dream recall, I remembered about 4-5 dreams without having to write them down. I had some lucidity - although I wasnt using any lucid dreaming techniques, so prehaps tonight I will combine the tea and a lucid dreaming technique.

The thought of using the tea may have acted as a lucid dreaming technique~

I had wondered if it could be the placebo affect as well, but never the less it worked. So it doesnt matter that much to me. Doing lucid dreaming techniques requires mental work, drinking tea is easy lol.
