Thats not basic IMHO.
Too high doses on modafinil, huperzine and centro maybe. Take into account if you take CDP choline you may not need Alpha GPC on the same day, and thats even without any huperzine at all as if you add it you may not need any choline supp on the same day.

A good multi-vit already has all the b-vits you need and even more, so there is no point on taking both. Choose one or the other.

Can be something said for high B-Vit doses. But Jakare make some good points. A B50 complex and a multi probably wont cost you too much and may have some minor added benefit. A B100 complex is likely overkill though.
