I've been experimenting with sleep herb combinations and have found a very potent combo that has a productive effect on my sleep and my sense of well being the next day.
The ingredients: Celestial Seasonings sleepy time tea, Yogi Tea Meditative time, and 2 pills from nature's way standardized Valerian extract.
The effects on sleep: very realistic and enjoyable dreams so far(1 lucid dream that I haven't had since a few months ago), cut back needed sleep time (on some days I lasted on only four hours), and I wake up with a smile instead of a groan(which is a nice change for anyone to start their day).
Throughout the day, energy levels seem legit(even with less hours of sleep), and I feel overall effective and happy in the majority of my endeavors. It feels like a nice massage on my head for the majority of the day, maybe a bit cloudy for some...but I like that kind of weather.
