I made mine, using Javacc (a java based compiler writer). Pretty cool--explores variable bit widths. It's hard to bring something up to the level of the perl or pythons of the day, however.

perl is still in active development? I thought that was a fossil relic of programming languages.

It's a pit of a language. Worse, it's written by a Christian (and thus stupid) person.

Brain F**K is kinda a cool language that explicitly uses turing machine instructions.

Alright I am going to be honest--I am computer-impaired. I have the basics down and that is really it. If eaither of you are capable of program development I would love to discuss a buisness proposition. The programs should really be very simple to make and the profits from sales of such programs will be respectable.

Well i am agree with you Flex. If we discuss about languages here than our knowledge will be prove and the another thing is that we can get more profit from selling the programs. To prove it first of all we should have proper knowledge of it than and than we can do more and more good programming.

I suggest that you settle for a simple language a little, thinking something along the lines of the logo, or in a language that allows you to manipulate the sets. You may be able to find the library that removes much of the effort, but not as much fun.
