Now I know that this is a whole lot of things considering the fact that I am 20 right now. I will adjust the dosage in the future (will reduce piracetam when I get ani & oxi, etc.). The result I was aiming for is mostly for concentration, memory, mood and anxiety. I have been taking my current stack for about like 2 week and..WOW! My concentration and mood are both much much higher then they were. My job is really much more enjoyable and my life really seem to improve. I have way more energy and motivation.
Any feedback would be welcome. (like on dosage, interaction, best taken with food or without, etc.) I take 5-HTP and all vitamin except ZMA with food and the rest before a meal (5 or 10 min before).
