burning bodies
you smile through the smoke
if i close my eyes i don't have to see you
you roll in the ashes
absorbing the stench
if i turn my back i don't have to smell you
you force their blood down our throats
and tell us that we like it
if i shut my mouth i don't have to taste it
you put weapons in our hands
and tell us to fight in your army
if we drop our weapons and hold hands instead our army will be stronger
but this is no fairy tale
hate will always prevail over love
so you pry open our mouths
and stick your bloody swords down our throats
we cry at your feet as you march accross humanity
crushing it under your heavy boots
as you step on our only weapons; truth, justice, liberty
and all that we have left is hope
we take it with us
as we drown in an ocean of tears and blood
what's left of the world

that was a sick poem...but you cant blame every thing on "them".
thats exactly what they are doing to us.....if that makes any sence.

The poem is not sick. It's beautiful and effective.
By the way, one can't be both not conservative and not liberal. "Conservative" means "anti-liberal," by definition, so if one is not conservative, one has an open mind, and is therefore liberal.

sorry if i didnt make my self clear i meant i liked the poem
sick is just a figure of speech....obviously not a good one
but one none the less
....i wish i knew what supani123 is talking about...please explain...

by blaming everything on "them", i blame everything on humanity in general, a humanity that i am a part of, because "we" are part of "their" humanity, we are all humans.

this post is in very black and white terms which contrasts with a world painted in shades of grey, and your logic makes no sense. first of all, the definition if found of conservative nas nothing to do with being anti-liberal, and the definition i found of liberal has nothing to do with being open mindedness. second of all, your logic says that if i am not against liberals then i am therefore a liberal. does that mean that since i have nothing against dogs i am therefore a dog? does that mean that if two people are having an arguement and one says that black people are the most horrible people created and the other person says that chinese people are worse than black people and i an not anti-chinese i therefore think that black people are the most horrible people created? if conservative means anti-liberal then it would follow that liberal means anti-conservative. if i am not anti-liberal, but i am also not anti-conservative. third of all, you logic only pertains to liberalism vs conservatism. human practices and beliefs don't exist in only thoes terms. is it not possible to have a belief that is both conservative and liberal? or better yet, is it not possible to have a belief that is neither conservative nor liberal? dividing things into liberal and conservative seems damaging to me in many ways and i could go on and on about it but i think this post is long enough already for now...

i think that supani123 took the word "sick" as the opposite of how you meant it, since you meant it as a compliment his poem is not applicable to you, and thank you for the compliment by the way
