Why is this?
What happens when you remenber, your brain make a new connection or memory
when your sleeping the brain is learning
and making new connecting when it dreams, it sorts memories
strenghten old ones and cleans out what you dont need.
much like a computer when it defragments but a trillion time more complex
than anything. AcetylCholine plays a role in memory, it will make you remenber
more, have more vivid dreams. Also galantamine is a Acetylcholinesterase
it stop the premature breakdom of the neurotransmitter Acetylcholine

People who don't sleep can suffer serious consequences, including death. Does anyone know of scientific evidence if a lack of sleep also affects their memory (separate from recall)? It might be hard to unscramble what they experience due to the very nature of the wide-ranging side-effects of not sleeping (all sorts of psychological disturbances). And of course, being tired affects affects memory and being tired is a consequence of not sleeping, although one can become tired quickly after just sleeping due to exertion (physical and mental).

I can't say I'm tired of lack of sleep.
I take 6 to 8 hours at night and 2 to 3 hours every afternoon.
Your apparent memory loss may be due to forgetting which of all those characters in your avatar posted the words hey hey!!
Keep taking the bubbly, orange liquid!
I have come to the conclusion that apparent memory loss in the not-so-young is due solely to gained wisdom causing the disregarding of insignificant events.

Hey i hear you, if i dont get sleep i feel like shit the next day.
i take some melatonin to improve my sleep cycle, and if you take it for a while
you wont even need alot of sleep, now all i need is about 7 hours and i feel refesh.
when you are sleeping the body goes into healing mode, to give the body what it needs before it goes to sleep,it can work wonders the next day. And you will feel the difference.

only my opinion, but i did my best work when i was tired AND substantially without sleep. my youngest son does the same thing, although he's a year or two away from the tough work, having only gained his first degree last year! but seriously, i don't think this is unusual. and, as with many things, you can accommodate to less sleep. of course, sleeping (is it the going to sleep, or is it the sleep [incl dreams]) is quite a pleasurable experience. but i always wake up feeling as though i've wasted some time, some of my life. like, earlier, i was waiting for the 10 pm news headlines on BBC News 24 and i watched the digital seconds count down on the screen. gosh, each second passed so quickly. frightening - i won't do that again if i can help it!

like the silent movies, activities can be expressed non-verbally...
Hey Hey, do you mean that you did not write those words? Maybe it's just a trick of memory? Is there other evidence of stolen identity?
Funny thing, but I remember writing them now. Maybe I was overtired!
