Transcendental Sonnet #1166:
Forward

What shall we do then
Since we cannot run away?
What shall we say when
There is nothing left to say?

Packing bombs and loading weapons in the dark
I have seen death swimming like a great white shark

Blood in the water
And smoke in the sky
Two sons a daughter
And too young to die

God save the Queen God save us all
Do I still have the gift you gave
And will you catch me when I fall?
Am I a fool or am I brave?
