Recapitulation is a new concept for me. I understand it, but is it nessesary? It seems to be exlusively for sorcerers because I have never heard of it otherwise. However, I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of this practice being used in the eastern religions and beliefs? Mostly the actualized men of Buddhism, Taoism and Hinduism put an emphasis on meditation and recapitulation seems to be an exersize used only in Nagualism. Buddhists speak of remembering past lives completely apon enlightenment. Does the act of meditation eventually lead to a recapitulation of ones entire life experiences? That would make sense I suppose, but then, why bother with recapitulation if meditation leads to this anyways?!
Recapitulation is a practice in witch you, in a systematic fashion, recollect past experiences and events in order to get back the energy that was lost, lost through the interaction whith other people and, equally eject the energy that was received through this interacion in the prosess. Or something like that.
Any insight on this would be helpful.

Auditing in Scientology is the same thing as Dianetics is in this life. I agree it is questionable from an actual and ethical standpoint and there are many reasons - see the post before this for one - not same thread.
Of course Scientology and Hubbard plagiarized it.
My younger brother was the Director of Processing for the third largest Scientology group (Toronto) thrity years ago. That is the same title Adolph Eichmann had and it is the person in charge of auditing (e-meter stuff). Yesterday we got a call from him (on Halloween) that he is leaving full time work (slaving for) this god awful Church.

Recapitulation of this or other lives is what Dianetics and Auditing are if that was too hard to see - then ask for clarification.

So, what your saying is, there isn't much more to it than what I allready suspect I know?

You could say that I am confirming your suspicions but there is a lot to the study of such things. Personally I find the Forward to The Tibetan Book of The Dead (Bardol Thodul) which is about the so-called afterlife (which is also achievable in this life) is the most suscinct (sp?) and useful twenty pages on the subject.
Moody, Kubler-Ross and many others are more real than any of the Scientology garbage that uses guises of tech to hypnotize and otherwise enslave its people.

OOPS
That forward is from Carl Jung who kept that book by his bedside for twenty years.
It is the Evans-Wentz and Lama Anagarika Govinda (a Cambridge mathematician) version I recommend.
