Unknown
is it lonely sitting outside of this insurgence of insentience
diminishing values will inevitably result in miniature minds
synonymous with hate and lacking of imagination
is it painful experiencing the inability to experience pain
lack of appreciation of hurt can only lead to loneliness
creating black holes that emit no values and cast not even shadows of pathos
is it humiliating to attract no love from those showering it upon you
defensiveness through aggression does not hide your past
visibly bleeding onto fast flowing rivers removing all sympathy
is it preferable to retain the ability to retain no abilities
uneducability conceals the deficient intellect
perhaps encaged by demonic prescriptions without signature

This is a very good poem and makes valid points. However, if this is not Hey Hey, it is in poor taste to mock him.

It is Hey Hey's own special brand of mockery. Do you consider it in good taste that he delivers such barbs, while hastily deleting every sensible reply?

Circumstances surrounding such caution makes us all a bit wary when we see such questionable posts. Many have been hurt here needlessly. Hey Hey feels he is protecting the people who visit this forum; I do not question his methods. If he posts "barbs" like these, he is doubtless lashing out, as any would when faced with a faceless, seemingly apathetic entity. If he deletes sensible replies, it is only because of past occurances. Please do not be bitter about Hey Hey. He's a great guy, but all of us moderators are a bit trigger-happy after recent ...well, crap.

You're welcome.

Rose, what's your take on the Poetsn2ish thing?

Was Unknown out of line there?

Did you see ANY harm inflicted there? Intentional or otherwise?

Based on what you saw there, was there any reasonable, logical cause to delete every one of her posts and abandon ship?

Is it fair that 'Unknown' should fall victim to such an irrational decision?

Life is complicated, isn't it?
UNKNOWN

There was no harm in the Unknown responses to the infamous poetsn2ition post. There are some that are very sensitive about their work, and she did not want to be pitied, and she took what was said the wrong way. It happens. To err is human, to move beyond is honorable. That Unknown did not deserve the backlash, but apologies were said, and that time has passed. In that, life is not complicated at all.

It is done.
