if you go around the net, you will notice about a zillion bush bashers. Either the secret service is making random visits and your daughter's friend won the lottery or your daughter's friend posted more than the ordinary anti-bush vitriol. I am curious, what did she post?
I didn't see what she posted (I am taking steps to find out and will let you know), but the victim in this case speculates that one of her forum adversaries turned her in to the FBI who notificed the SS. Certainly we all know that death threats against the President are against the law.

If what you wrote Rick is true and it happence frequenty and is not a propoganda of the canning Democrats, then here is my comments:
It is the right and the duty of the government to protect people from democracy!
But if serious, I will tear off my US green card lottery documents if what you wrote is true (if it is a policy of US gov).
I never knowingly say things that aren't true to the best of my knowledge. If I later discover I was wrong, I will admit it.

So there is no certainty, I mean no one can confirm that those events happen regularly.
At least you have Free Market and relative Freedom of Speech.
The Free Market helps many people to get reach so if there are many reach men and women they certainly will cling to some sort of democracy. Even if the democracy is “aristocratic” it is still democracy.
But your words have worried me seriously. Presence of such info is alarming by itself.
Annie, my point is that the Republicans like to intimidate those who would enjoy freedom, so vote them out of office!
