And as the earth fell asleep
wrapped in pearly black skies....

You went down the dark steps
to meet the laughing white gaint.
and winding up the smoking trails,
a moment frozen in her flight.

Walk along ancient canyons deep
Lulled by a swaying cosmic beat
By a boiling orange stream,
In the Greyest white mist.

In her grayest white mist.
yes the grayest white mist.

Cruising with the fleeting sands
to the melody of changing winds.
wiping clear diamond dews
on miles of sombre maroon cries.

And as the skies begin to bleed,
You have stolen tomorrows to live.

Seems like everyone here's obsessed with death at the moment .....so chill you lot, it's all natural!
I like your grey white mist, by the way, but an orange sunrise(tomorrow) is also sunset (today)...so lets ecplise the damn sun and burn the orange at both as the lemons they always been!
There are black nor white steps in time where this grey mist of yours claims false-purity: time within your own existence is the greatest andro-furpy....so don't define it and both sides disappear within waters clearest clarity....IE: where's the middle of the ocean on this sphere called us which spins with its planet? Now where your's in relation to this ocean? Hmmmm...see what I mean?
And don't be disheartened by my stupid comments here either, as I like your poem very much or I'd not have even bothered commenting here to start with!
It's written very well, but I loath sides and prophets when we all suck in the middle here of everything spun that needs to be exactly as it is, was, and will be!
Pity the first poor eskimo adam and eve, if you must pity at all here, as he/she only ever saw pure white everythings to sleep within...fish would have buggered em though as blood in water was from nessecity...now, now, don't go menstrual on me either..that's blood for only roses on roses!
Hmmmm...now I pity cute and cuddly little Polar bears and fur seals..their flesh goes pale orange when ice creeps into their dead and man-club beaten flesh? Now look what you've done to me?

Like I said, very nice work!

mystical and grey white mistical. I'm mystified, but nicely so. There is something soothing in the fact that I don't really know what it's about. It has a floating quality which suits my current mood. It is poetical, and I couldn't really give a furry seal whether it has any meaning or not anyway.
