Evermore - Copyright - Mark W. Ballard

May the Angels... Brush the dust from every path you choose in life.
May they gather... Around everyone you love in times of strife.
May you follow... In the footsteps of the Savior ‘long the way.
May you know him... May he find within your heart a place to stay.
Evermore.. Evermore.. Evermore

May your kindness... And your gentle touch help others on their way.
May you know love... May you share it with each other every day.
May your children... Learn the way to live by walking at your side.
May you bless them.. As they grow to match the measure of your stride. Evermore.. Evermore.. Evermore

May your wisdom... Be the forge that tempers anger with it's flame.
May you be quick... To withold the words that hurt, demean and shame.
May your light shine, Like a beacon for the souls who're lost in sin.
May you lead them... To the cross where they might wash and be forgiv'n. Evermore.. Evermore.. Evermore

May you leave here...Having touched the lives of all you came across
May your passing... Be to everyone a moment of great loss
May your reward... Be in joining with the Lord on Heaven's shore.
May you be there... For eternity in heaven, evermore.
Evermore.. Evermore.. Evermore

curious how the view count jumps from 3 to well over 20 in a period of minutes when one person in particular comes around. hm-m-m, curious...

If someone was interested in how many views their work got, an event like that would almost make the view count worthless, huh.. hm-m-m, curious... wink.gif

Divinely inspired. I am awestruck by your words. Very profound. Very true. Very clearly communicated. What a place of contentment in life to strive for. If you could achieve such successes you speak so eloquently of what a brilliant life that would be. Certainly worth the extra work to achieve that level of humanity. What a wonderful place this world would be if we all strived to excel in such important areas of our lives. And how gratified He would be to see that we are truly realizing the gift that He has given us in life, and moreover, the gift He has waiting for those who simply ask for it. Your words are do not fall on deaf ears. Your poem strikes a chord with me because I am in the process of introspection, spiritual growth, and personal improvements in line with your message as I write this. I need to be a better person. Your message outlines what I am looking for very well. Thank you for touching me with this divinely inspired write.

Wow! You really know how to make a guy feel good. smile.gif

As poets & lyricists, there's nothing more we could hope for than to find we've filled a niche in the life of someone who is striving to improve their own life. Your review is a great gift and honor.
Hey Hey
So nice. Yes, so nice.

That line grabbed me the most. Then again, being somewhat of a pyro, I can see why....happy.gif Man, my computer's taking quite a while to load the music site . . . But I heard the first few chords, and I already know I am going to love it. Will check back when it loads completely.
