that girl
- In -

I trespass into my mind,
the place I promised not to revisit
A purged history is reborn;
All memories begin to surface
Time crashes while suffering continues;
I am solid with pain
Familiarity spends tears
I water continuously
Smudged vision retires all direction
I wobble away, hoping to flee
But I have wandered in
With no way out

Oh...This is a sad poem. I hope you don't really feel that way. You can always find a way out of yourself. .... That sounded a little crazy, didn't it? ...Hmmm.... Very nice work, that girl!

~Much Love~

Hey Hey
Clever poem - way in but no way out. Thanks for contributing this.

Very touching, and sad. But written well and with deep emotion. Sometimes memories can be frustrating little devils. Time heals well but sometimes it could use a little shove in the direction of fading things. Your write spoke to me in volumes. Short but clear. Well done.

Thank you all for replying
I savor each and every word
This poem reflects a lot about me,
which I can say is quite absurd
