This Is.
Did you notice?
Couldn’t miss it,
always flowing.

So you feel a lacking?
Something’s vacant?
Where’s the bliss
so often missed?

Here. Now.

And Then
never existed,
unless you’re absent,
you’re always present.

Move away
from the longing
returning to
the origin.

Beneath the skin
and blood within
beyond all substance,
love begins.

The divine compassion
of blended expression;
not a moment between
that doesn’t get blessed.

Hey Hey
I read this two or three time and it eventually clicked. It is a really nice poem. Light, airy, positive, different. Thank you.

V~L,
I really like this...Are you saying that love comes from within or that creating poetry is love? It seems to me that you have found an answer and I apologize for not being able to see it more clearly but, I am interested in "seeing" it!
Please elaborate....
Thanks for sharing!

Okay--I read it a 3rd time.
I think you are saying that creating poetry is love/passion...
Am I right?

I really speak of life. I love to create poetry that remarks, in artful fashion, the deep pondrances of our existence. The arrival of going inside to find out that everything outside is just an illusion/a reflection of that which creates all things. And this particular peice expressed that there is not a single moment (even when we forget to notice) that is not the perfection of God (or whatever you would like to call All That is/Brahman/Consciousness~Existence~Bliss Absolute.)

Blessings.

Oh how wonderful! Your explanation makes me appreciate your work even more.
Thank you for elaborating. I would have missed so much if I had not asked and you had not shared! Not just poetry, not just love but life itself! Fantastic. I strive to stay in the moment and recognize God in all things but, you are so right when you say that he is there even when we "forget to notice". Sometimes I remeber to notice but I still can't see....But I know he is there(Faith).
Thank you again,
radiogirl

This echos to me the divine salvation through the grace of God for all people and in all things.

"unless you’re absent,
you’re always present."

Your saved through Him as long as you are not absent of that belief?

"Move away
from the longing
returning to
the origin."

Leave the empty void in your life behind by returning to your Creator (Spiritual faith)?

"Beneath the skin
and blood within
beyond all substance,
love begins."

Beyond material wealth find wealth of uncondtional love within and through Him?

The divine compassion
of blended expression;
not a moment between
that doesn’t get blessed.

This reminds me of Christ's supreme sacrifice where he openly accepted all sins and sinners. He loves us and keeps even in between Sundays when are not at our best. Or for me, I suppose that would be every day.

Am I getting anyhwere close to the ballpark with this? It just speaks spiritually to me. Not that I proclaim to be some type of fanatical, religious, right-winged, above wrongdoing person or anything. This is just the message I get when I read it. Perhaps I'm trying to hard to understand all of it.

It really is beautifully written. In the context that I claim to understand it as outlined above it rings so true to my ears. I loved sharing in it. Thank you for posting it.

Oh, I just love it. This is the sort of poetry that echoes within a person, that takes them further into themselves than they have a right to go. Wonderful.

Oh, we have a right to go as deep within ourselves as we possibly can. It is there which truth lies, and we should all live in truth and that Truth is One...we call it by many names.
