Differences in world view always result in conflict. All world views are different. Therefore, conflict is inevitable. It's how the conflict gets resolved that makes the difference.

I would say it's who resolves the conflict that makes the difference, with the implication that this resolution is a product of a particular world view and all world views are not created equal

I would be inclined to think that humans are too creative to remain confined to a particular worldview for very long, imposed or not.

Naturally we all make judgements about the suitability of various views. Who resolves the conflicts is part of how they get resolved.
Everyone's view changes every day. Each day adds a new layer of experience. Some change radically, some never change much.
Regarding creativity versus religious biases, this is a struggle that continues. We have many years of bloody history in the names of monotheistic gods.
Let us see how this three-way conflict plays out. Perhaps it will complexify if more get involved.

while it may be true that everyone's view changes each day, it is probably also true that such changes are mostly superficial and drift insignificantly around a 'strange attractor' worldview-focus. For the individual to shift to another such worldview-focus is a significant Kuhnian-type 'paradigm shift' which is difficult to trigger and often results in painful re-establishment of order in one's self and one's world. The comfort of stability and familiarity is powerful indeed

Very well put. I like the strange attractor idea of personality.
One fundamental is the geometrical consideration: our bodies must occupy distinct locations. Two people will always have different views (literally) of the same event in space.

But what is space? What is a view? What are locations? What is geometry?
Notice I missed out questions about people and bodies. These will be redundant terms in the future. However, personalities might survive.............
(Very small biology !*?)

Though they might not be called that, then.
