What I Was Writing When Homeland Security Knocked

A paper sufficiently socialist
Is awfully hard to find in the OC
I suppose we are on the terror list
But it feels good in solidarity

I think Bush is the biggest terrorist
In this climate it just feels good to be
At all the pall which now covers the land
Stifles free speech with a smothering hand

It is Thursday now so I go meekly
Not wanting to call attention to me
To fetch my copy of OC Weekly
The only news I am able to see

And if I have a moment and can get away
I will write you again from Guantanamo Bay
