Fear and pain,
Pain and terror,
In the night the demons descend,
To rest upon broken hearts,
Tormenting and torturing,
Is this never to end?

Their wings wrap around the shattered souls,
Binding to them the terror they bring,
Banging against the door, demanding to be let in,
Please let this end.
