Transcendental Sonnet #823:
The Universe Refracted Through My Verse

People wonder why I do not explain

It is because I despair of being
Understood indeed of being seeing
There is no communication but pain

I know no one will understand again
But the four people who understand me
With everyone else I hide things inside

Dara and Laura and my son Teddy
And sweetest of all my butterfly bride

When I try to explain I make things worse
It is best for me to write poetry
The universe refracted through my verse

I find that people better understand
The explanation of my writing hand

I look foward to reading the rest. You know I understand and there is no explinations necessary!

(Thanks, little sister. It's all done now; I hope you like it.)

What a momentous and eventful day we have had here at Mind-Brain.com today, with an extraordinarily happy and successful outcome!

I am happy to tell you all that poetry and I will be staying here.

I am also very proud of my new portrait, which you can see in my signature below. This was a beautiful gift to me from Tabitha Mikula, Shawn's very talented wife. I bet you didn't know I had a tail, eh? I may be a Merman, but don't call me Ethel.

I love this place, and it's getting better all the time. Thank you all so much for being so wonderful; you make my life very meaningful and happy, and I am grateful.

Hey, have you checked out my book yet? Have a look at the link below, and be sure to also have a look at me with my tail showing.

Ubi caritas et amor, Deus ibi est.
