Love means, in its very deepest sense union; union between individuals...It is the most basic and profound urge we have and its power for good is illimitable... the lover partner becomes as important as oneself...This fact is why real love never leads to domination or to a struggle for power.

theres Obviously no love in the world, as a Whole, as a Union.

how silly us humans are.

but if you DO find that type of Union I'm not
gonna say "dont let it go!"
cuz there is no possible way of letting
that union go, ............BE/cause..... it is you.

According to Jacob Needlemen, love starts with an attention to the inner self. This is a self love. This also coinsides with the depletion of ego. As one removes self gratification, listening to the spiritual needs, one finds who they are. This is a search, in a sense for the core of ones own being. And upon discovery, the world around them is viewed in new light. But this attention to self, as he calls it, is an on going process, that can go deeper into the core, or halted, backdrifting by the rising ego.

After, what I have dubbed a selfish act for the good of many, one may love. A unity of two, or three, or more, is possible. A love has place to lay root, and grow among us. Love of the self is essential to this process.

A point of contact can be made after this attention of self.

Distance between us,
dark and narrow divide,
to cross is to unify,
to touch, the ego to subside.
