Dan
the facts? I'm asking you for the facts! Do you have any?
Robert the Bruce
No I guess not = just play with yourself Dan - you at least will get off.
Dan
do you really think anybody reading this buys your transparent attempt to spin your lack of evidence into me being immature and unreasonable?
Robert the Bruce
I really don't concern myself with the opinion of people who are not informed and can't address facts. I just deal in facts. Got work to do - and the ego or vain acclaim is secondary or not even a factor.
Dan
give me a break

4) The Rev. Lindsay G. King, also posts to several Mind-Brain.com topics. He was ordained in 1953, as a minister of the United Church of Canada, which respects freedom of thought. He served the church and had a successful ministry, until 1994--just over 40 years. Now, he likes to think of himself as re-directed, not retired. Not your typical theist--though he respects all sincerely held beliefs which contribute morally and ethically to the public good--the Rev. King advocates a fairly unique theological approach which he calls 'unitheism' similar to the Panentheism of Professor Marcus Borg and others. He supports the scientific study of all things to do with religion, including any claims made by it. [If you wish, you may refer people to my site http://www.flfcanada.com for details.]

Dan
all that and still no reference to any proof of your 'brain dump' claim

Dan
and what is this 'professor search' you keep referring to? typing professorsearch.com doesn't work, am I missing something? Can you simply tell me where to find professorsearch?
Robert the Bruce
I provided the link to it directly but you can punch in my name to your browser and see at the end of many listings a title called Physics. Then you click on that and you will get to the original post. After that you click on the comments to see the one above.

Now don't get carried away and make some stupid comment like the person using the nickname Real Person who had the temerity to challenge my use of my name while showing themself to be unable to even spell my name which is there many times.
Robert the Bruce
Dear Dan

You never know it might be there among all the facts and links to just one of my books biblios (and one of the smallest ones too). But as I said I will NOT be providing it to you - you will have to actually buy a magazine or start doing your own research - novel idea that it is.

In the meantime why don't you address the facts that a brain's content can be dumped onto a computer chip and argue by negating all the people in the field who say it can or will be done - that I have provided.
Dan

unless you just added it, it ain't there

I understand. It is easier for you to claim to have proof and blame me for asking for it than to admit that it doesn't exist.

QUOTE

uh, I would very much like to see the proof of these facts RTB. So far, you've provided no proof at all.
Dan

what's with the wild-goose chases? Can't you just produce the link?
Robert the Bruce
What with you asking for things that I have already provided - find them yourself.
Robert the Bruce

uh, I would

Then why don't you address them?

Time was not my only source - so how would you know?

NOTE: The first sentence says - I provided the link to it directly.

Can you read? When you did not read it the first time you lost the chance to get it unless you look for it here - but I hope telling you how to use a browser might begin a new vista for you to move on in life.
Dan
good grief, talk about a bunch of smoke and hot air

you're a real piece of work, RTB wacko.gif
Robert the Bruce
Yes, Dan

It does not bother me when you only engage in ridicule and never actually present an argument - make a thread why don't you?

Because you can ask all day and night for what is already here and I will simply insist you find it and address the facts in postings rather than say later that you never read them. This way I can be sure that you are not readng the posts I make and you just hit and run with your snide and gutter snipe comments.
Robert the Bruce
Dear Dan

Here is another link for you to browse.

http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/search.p...155065&start=50
Dan
you can rant and rave all you want, RTB, but it is obvious to anybody (other than you) reading this thread that you are the one full of hot air. All I have done is ask you to produce proof of your claims (specifically, your claim that a brain was 'dumped' into a computer in 1999), and all you have done is avoid producing any real evidence of such an event while blowing lots of smoke about how I should 'search' your voluminous nonsensical ramblings as if the burden of proof were mine. The more you spin and dodge the simple fact that the burden of proof is yours, the more you expose yourself as a fraud.
Robert the Bruce
True. This thread does not have all the stuff from varied experts on dumping contents of a brain onto a computer chip - and you will not read or ddress the other threads - so if you want to draw attention to this thread and that argument you would win the day - but I have told you - I don't really care about winning an argument with someone whose only purpose is to appear to know something they will not research.

I am sure some people have read the links and they are able to judge the nature of the game you play. One such person just bought one of my CDs - thanks.
Dan
It's simple, RTB.

show the evidence

get it?
Robert the Bruce
Evidence, proof and all manner of facts are here - deal with them.
Robert the Bruce
Here are some reviews for you since you don't seem able to use a browser.

if they were here, wouldn't I see them? huh.gif

my mind boggles at just how absurd you have become blink.gif
Robert the Bruce
Dear Dan

I see little evidence that you have seen them - you usually play hit and run and have often said you will not read the details I present - you just like being an a**.
Dan
still nothing but diversionary rhetoric wink.gif
Robert the Bruce
Dan when you were a child (assumption being made here) did you keep asking for something until someone gave it to you? Maybe that is why you don't clue in to the signals life has given you.

Address the facts and demonstrate there was a time or stage of life you grew past being a child.
Dan
all you gotta do is produce the evidence, RTB. it's real easy. show me the evidence of 'brain dump into computer in 1999'. I understand that simply producing evidence is real hard for you to do, but I believe in you. U can do it smile.gif
Robert the Bruce
It is here but you don't read.
Dan
what's here? I only see hot air
