NOVEMBER'S NIGHT
Moons of distant stars
draw in a tide of souls,
They shine ever bright,
in the cold november night.
Forgotton memories set ablaze
by certain smell or sight,
burn but for a moment ,
in this cold November night .
Lonly highways,
paved by memories made,
hold new beginnings and wrongs made right,
in this quiet cold November night.
Winter's leaves remain unraked,
they flow and settle in places unknown.
On the way they scurry about.
With unseen wings they do take flight ,
in this cold and dark November Night.
Skys of grey begin to glow,
as the wind and trees continue in song.
Tis a beautiful song that they do sing,
as they beckon dawns first light ,
But as they do they forever end ,
this cold and Sacred November Night.
