Before the beginning of TIME,
When nothing was around...
The VOID gave birth to a VIBRATION
Much like 'OM' would sound

And thus was created,
The first SOMETHING
A THOUGHT that could be conceived
A WORD that had a MEANING

This CONCEPT then spread it's wings
And engulfed the 'NOTHINGNESS'
What remained then was ETERNITY -
And a pure state of CONSCIOUSNESS

The CONCEPT that we call as UNIVERSE,
The CONCEPT that we call as US,
The CONCEPT that we call as LIFE,
Is merely a DANCE OF CONSCIOUSNESS

I like this type of poem. I like this particular poem too. I see room for improvement, just mainly in terms of further developing your ideas, but it's excellent nonetheless. And I'd like to see more such philosophical-type poems.
