From The Ashes

What nonsense, the truth
When view, perused or studied
Like a riverbed disturbed fills with silt
Once clear waters, now, become muddied
Blocking out light to the bottom
Still shiny underneath the silt
When the river in flow comes with fresh water
You see again the foundation, on which the river is built

Once solid rock, erodes very gently
To the running of the stream
Etching a path deep and fast flowing
Like humans etch their path in life’s dream
We are here, we are survivors, lets rejoice
Full steam ahead to the future with grace
As humans on a planet united
Due to one factor, no one lost face

In one last act, of loves true sacrifice
Like a father showing his children how to behave
Leading by what has always been His example
We send our “one true God” to His grave
In a bid to overcome global problems
To make everyone happy for once on this Earth
From the ashes of iconic worship
The Phoenix of Humanity will have its birth.

Dear Jay,

Thanks for your reply, I too really enjoy reading your posts, even though some might think because we see the world differently, that I might not.

Your conviction and faith in these troubled times is nothing less than admirable.
