Transcendental Sonnet #640:
Now
Now at the very limit of my endurance
Now just when I thought I could hold on no longer
Now I receive encouraging reassurance
Now I start to feel alive now I grow stronger
Some might say I am too sensitive but life has
Dealt so harshly with me that it makes me wary
So when I am confronted by a crisis as
I have been recently it is really scary
To one who has so little hope left in reserve
It is not cowardice nor a failure of nerve
For me to fear the worst when my bubbles have burst
So many times I no longer even blow them
Cautiously and through pain I dare to hope again
Now and I will show them all now I will show them

I have a clever lawyer and a lot of nerve.
I'm back.

Steve,
In a country where most people despise lawyers and liken them to the most horrific beasts, its nice to see a person in need can see beyond popular belief, and find out the legal system doesnt necessarily consist of harpies and vultures.
Fingers crossed for a happy ending !

Well, I must be a little behind on readings of all kinds, because I have no idea where you went....Hmmmm......But I found your poem to be uplifting in troubled times. Great work, as always!
