Transcendental Sonnet #489:
Where I Want to Be

I wake up in the morning every day
My head full of thoughts my heart full of pain
Sharp assymetrical ideas which stay
Quite uninvited and return again
If dismissed to question insistently
But unrushed on their way consistently
Riddling and trying me along the way

What have I learned so far from all of this?
There is nothing more important than love
Nothing can ever compare to a kiss
You can argue all you want far above
Anything else is the pure perfect bliss
Of togetherness in intimacy
In Silke's arms is where I want to be

Dara
This sonnet is sad, but it has hope for love and happiness which I know you and Silke will have together!
