Dear Friend....
(I miss you)
So far away, I still feel your presence
Flying, drifting to another land
Everywhere in your room I can feel your essence
I wish I could reach out and take your hand
Farewell to you my dear friend
I hope you wander in peace from now
Farewell to you, though it’s not the end
We’ll meet again somewhere, somehow
Goodbye to pain
Goodbye to sorrow
The sun will rise
Even tomorrow

The sun will rise
Even tomorrow
We have to believe it; Grandma always used to say that "if it weren't for hope, the heart would break."
So I believe, because I must, that the sun will rise, even tomorrow; for Sander, and maybe even for me.
I love you, Silke.

Silke,
I do believe the sun will rise again as well, and we will meet up with every love that was lost...I have to believe that I will see all my beloved aminals again, the ones who have passed. (I even believe that I will meet my baby that never got to live...I know you understand that)
It is wonderful to read your poems, thank you so much for sharing them.
Love,
Dara
