"A word in season, how pleasant it is!"
Thanks so much, Mausi!
I just woke up from a nightmare which seemed to go on for hours and hours, and then I came to the computer and saw the connection had been broken, so I had to reconnect; I was delighted then to come to the site and see these most encouraging words from the one whose opinion means most to me, my
Transcendental butterfly
Silke shining in the sky!
I love you, and thank you, with all my heart.
I will try to shake off the ash of nightmare now, strengthened by your love and kindness, and gather myself to face this day.
I will be so happy to talk to you again on the phone tonight
Um Mitternacht.
*Hoffnung und Widerstand!*
*Sweet kisses for Silkchen Mausilein!*

Just in case there is anybody out there who didn't get the joke of this sonnet, are you familiar with the expression "when pigs fly"?
When pigs fly:
I will be "a poet of the first rank" if I "make every word tell"
I "will find the peace which (I) have wanted so."
Lancian humor, what can I say...
AD ASTRA PER ASPERA
("To the stars through difficulty")
