when u extract the chelical from the seeds the last step says it will leave a yellow gum, put in capsels, so how much is a good safe high goona weigh, 5 g, 10 g ????

I'm interested in DMT. I'd check on
Erowid for LSA dosage info.
The steps on extracting pure DMT seem way too complicated for someone who just wants to experiment, however I read in Food Of The Gods about how you can insufflate powderized plant material.
