I thought this would be a fun board to create, given that web programming, when used properly, is a fun and empowering activity. Though I had things like PHP, MySQL, Javascript, XML, and SHTML in mind for this forum, I imagine that ASP is also relevant, even though it costs money (bad Microsoft!) and even though PHP is far more popular, and useful, in my opinion.

So if anyone has any interesting web coding projects or questions they'd like to talk about, then by all means, discuss it here. I'll be posting stuff every now and then that I imagine only a handful of people, or fewer, will find interesting, but it will be worth it, I think. And I would encourage others to do likewise.

And let us remember that knowledge is power. ( or rather, the right types of knowledge and information are empowering if used wisely )
