Transcendental Sonnet #392:
I Will Carry You

Whenever you can't walk then I will carry you
I'll never let you fall down nor be all alone
Beside you and supporting you in all you do
To be the very best friend you have ever known

And Silke more than any other thing I would
Be the one who does the most to make your life good
To make it happy make it safe and make it fun
To put the cruelties of former times away
From you so far to make you laugh to be the one
Who mitigates who obviates ghosts from the past
Who makes tomorrow beautiful starting today
Who makes it better makes it up to you at last

I give you my promise Silke heartfelt and true
Whenever you can't walk then I will carry you
