S. I. L. K. E.
S is for the solidarity we share
I is for the insight which we always feel
L is for the love which unites us as one
K is for the kindness which makes that love real
E is for the empathy of life begun
Together as these together spell her name
Silke shining in the sky fragile and fair
The name of the one I love one and the same
As she who has haunted my dreams all my days
The image I have carried with me always
Hers alone shall be my life shall be my art
She shall live forever in my poetry
Hers alone shall be my love shall be my heart
She shall live as all and everything to me
