i know this place downtown
where they tell ya to turn around
you can't play if you're not a regualr
if you can't swim you'll drown

flashy signs and lights
drunken bar room fights
it looks so fun, it looks so cool
turn around, don't be a fool

it's claimed the lives of many
they're still playing to this very day
they have little will, if any
if i were you, i'd go away

people try to sneak out
while their family members grieve
this place has no revolving door
when you're in, you can't leave

it's nicer on the outside
like a glitzy prefab spot
but no one really smiles
and they'll take you for all you got

the beautiful girls and beefy guys
more like someone in disguise
it looks real nice, but believe me it's not
the air in here is kinda hot
