Hi, I just wanted to say that I do think this is a great website, but the webmaster of this site is a bit too competitive when in comes to poetry webmastery.  This webmaster has been coming to my intermediate poetry forum and leaving foul comments in the forums regarding the quality of the site.  I find this to be outrageous, because for one thing, the site had been big and running for quite some time, but in order to accomodate our memberw while we were preparing to put our larger more interactive website up, we had a small temporary forum--this is the forum that the webmaster of mind-brain has so foolishly made fun of.   This hurts me greatly because poetry is my life.  I love to read and offer constructive criticism to the members of my site.  My husband jeff has been working countless hours with the technical and advertising aspects of the site while I spend countless hours researching allusions and terms for my members.  

All I ask is that the webmaster leave the competition alone.

But I would like to emphasize that there has been no solid evidence presented that I was personally involved with what happened at your site.   Your blaming of me is a conjecture, and is one that I deny.  And I would further add that your husband is not free of blame here, as you can read about in the above link.   You can also read about our tentative truce, which I hope will resolve this issue.

Okay, I was asleep when all of that stuff was said.  I will retract my statement that the webmaster of mind-brain is too competitive.  I cannot prove that it was indeed the webmaster of mind-brain, and from what I see, I am comfortable with saying that it doesn't seem the nature of the moderators or webmaster to do such things.  I am sorry for the complaint, but it seems there is someone out there trying to invoke webmaster wars.

I just want to see if I can be a good poet someday, if and when I ever grow up.
