this poem is like a mystery too. How come he builds the nests?
He builds the nests because he loves the birds, and they never come because he used to shoot him.
He can't have what he wants because even though he realises his mistakes and has grown, his past is still there and his mistakes are not forgotten. Although, I have forgiven him... not that that much matters.
