Hi-top

They're yelling and screaming
They come in and out opening and shutting my door
They tell me about my life
Saying it's just a bore
"You just sit there like a stone"
"You know you're always going to be alone"
I'm hiding from them under my bed
They won't go away
They won't get out of my head
"Why do you want to live?"
"There's nothing more you have to give"
"You're always sad"
"Your life is bad"
"You can show me how you have fun"
"This time don't use a razor, use a gun"
"You have cuts all over your arm"
"Try your head, it'll do no harm"
I got out the gun
Put it to my head
Now I'm over my body
It's laying there pale and dead
what do you think

So much pain in this poem. Been feeling this way myself, lately...so I understand the feelings in it.

I like it too.
And yes, she's the same Amanda Randall to whom I gave the name of Hi-top back when I was hot stuff on Voicesnet.
Welcome back, Mandaranda!
Solidarity forever.
