troubled, lost in contemplations,
Only in You, is there clarity and peace in unison;
my mind by itself, suffers tribulation.
My heart unwilling to rely on my minds command;
acknowledged, but unable to comply,
Only with reasoning by grace, can it understand;
it needs help sent, from the one on High.
Seperated and together are my mind and heart;
one at times ruling the other, and the other the one,
a division between them cause feelings and wisdom to part;
There's rest in only Jesus' way, not in my heart or mind's cun.
Mystified at Your grace, and humbled by fear;
rest, clarity and peace are for the taking,
may my life be a reflection of You Jesus, a mirror;
Life is two ways for the making,
pride or of God's grace, parktaking.
