I was isolated in the dark
Alone, afraid, sorrowful,no one knew my heart.
Decieved, I was prone to stray
Deep hurt,despair,sad music, music my heart played.
Then into my life a light was shown
Glamorous,gleeful,wonderful rays brightned my heart's tone.
To Each of the stars I gave a name,
one for each friend and all their pain's.
The drops falling unto and from my face, were smooth
as silk and soft as lace
My soul found them refreshing to taste,
And reminded me of the cleansing power of God's Grace.
God helped me to realize more than myself,
out of my wants, desires,problems ,and into those of someone else'.
Theres more to life than we can see.
Our Purpose is in Jesus Christ
fellowshipping with God and His family.

I'm not much for religious poems, but, I am awestruck by the creativity shown throughout this one.
