What is worse...
To not get any sleep, OR to sleep and have bad dreams?
I am trying to think about this seriously, any thoughts? any ideas? and comments?
Love, Dara

hello Dara,
i'm sorry to hear about that, but in my opinion, not getting any sleep is worse. But, perhaps we can start a thread on Dream Analysis and use some of your dreams for material?
kindest regards,
Shawn

WOW! Dream analysis...I have CRAZY dreams. Not sure if to others they would seem like bad dreams, but they sure are to me!
That sounds good, because I am sure many people have dreams they can't make sence out of. I wonder how many different interpertations of a dream can actually be true? Maybe all of them would be true!
Take care now, Dara

After experiencing a dream-filled night, I can't help but feel "cleansed" in the morning, like my brain took a laxative. Seriously! I do feel refreshed.

Actually... I really get hurt in my dreams,
as in I feel pain and once I couldn't breathe...
then I want to stay awake... but I eventually fall asleep by force.
But I can control the setting in my dreams as well and usually I know I'm dreaming...
if I can overcome my thoughts/illusion/fear...
it.... usually changes.
It is a state of mind. I believe you may control your dreams on the way of how you fall asleep or exist in your dreams.

I disagree with doug i think that sleep is perhaps the most disturbing time of day we are forced to live through. After all when we are asleep all the things, all the emotions we lock up during the day are released on us when we are at our most vulnerable.
This is not always a bad thing as I'm sure many people will agree, at times dreams can be fantatic even exhilarating but at times they are cruel and harsh filled with twisted representations of our own fears
