When we finally send robotic spacecraft to all the icy and watery moons of Saturn and Jupiter, and they all find them sterile, each will be another nail in the coffin of the "teeming with life" hypothesis.

Here's more fuel to the fire, from deep in the heart of Texas. And these brilliant balls of lights have been seen for over a hundred and ten years! So they are definetely no reflection of some highway lights from some distance ahead. Worst part is, everybody's taken on a 'let'm be' attitude while the lights just keep popping-up and dance around on any given moon-less night:
