If there is enough snow tomorrow, they will cancel school, and I wont have to go to work! The benefit of being a teacher, is that I can still luck out with snow days! I need the day off, so PLEEEEEASE, think snow for me, will ya?  ;)

Congrats on the snow day!  I have to chuckle a little bit, though.

I was born and raised in upstate NY and we always got snow!  We very rarely got a snow day.  As a matter of fact, Rochester has gotten over 100 inches of snow already this season.

I was in NYC just last month (my brother lives there now) and he was telling me a story about the snow earlier this season.  He lives in Queens and works in Brooklyn.  He drove to work in the snow and his co-workers were amazed to see him, since he had the furthest to drive of anyone.  He laughed, because he thought it was nothing.

I realize NYC rarely gets snow.  But I do have to chuckle.  It kind of reminds me of my days in Georgia.  A dusting of snow would close everything down - even the bridges across the river.

But anyway, congrats on the day off.  Enjoy the blessing and just relax!
