no.. on tv (and i know that aint always real) but on tv they can convict people lik eten year later of a crime. as long as you havent before then you can still do something about it.. i would but thas me..

I believe for cases of sexual abuse or assault, there is a 5 year statue of limitations, meaning you have 5 years form the time of the abuse to prosecute. In some instances, adults who were abused as kids and don't recall the abuse till later in life, they have 5 years form whe they remembered it...
Anyone know if this is the case all over? Maybe it's just a NY law? I dont know!

thx even though it wasnt sexual abuse it was physical i was tellin roze that it was only once but when it was i had 21 brusis at the time thx for ur advice ttyl
