rhymer
Hey Angel,

what I do to find interesting websites is think of a topic or subject I would like to read about, point my browser to google search engine [http://www.google.com/], enter one or two keywords like 'rubber ducks' for instance, and then hit 'go' to let it find sites covering that topic. It usually comes up with thousands!!
You can use other search engines too.

When I have found an interesting site I also use website mirroring software to download all or portions of the site so that I can view it off-line. Whilst you can't interact with the site (because it is on your computer) you can navigate through all the pages and read whatever takes your fancy, without paying for phone charges (except the once, when you mirror the site). I use winhtt, webreaper, answwwer pro, copernicus, arbus and others for mirroring or reaping sites. You should always operate such software taking account of the 'robots' file on the server, to avoid overloading it at the expense of other current users.
I hope this bit of info helps you find some interesting sites.
If you need more help, please mail me.
Best regards, Bill.
