take that:
open a new notepad page :
and write

<html>
<marquee width="100%" body bgcolor="000000">WRITE YOUR NAME----</MARQUEE>
</HTML>

AND THEN SAVE UR DOCUMENT AS EX1.HTML
AND GOOD LUCK ;D
