Hello all,

I just started Vinpocetine, Choline Bitartrate, and Pycnogenol. I plan on adding piracetam in two weeks.

I know that piracetam works for me, as I took it for six weeks in the past and noticed a definite boost in brain power. When I did use it, I did not stack it with anything else. I did, on occasion, feel "brain fog." I am hoping to negate this side with the addition of choline.

I read somewhere that the upper limit that a person should take of choline is in the range of 3.5 grams a day...is that sufficient for someone that is taking nootropics?

1-3 grams should be fine.
