Full Version: Getting the most out of my stack

Hi everyone.
I've recently ordered a bunch of nootropics from recommended sources , and e B a y, when said sources ran out of stuff. Btw, I'm taking these for enhanced concentration.

Here is my stack:
Aniracetam
Pyritinol
Centrophenoxine
L-huperzine A

these I'm still awaiting from CN:
CDP Choline
Idebenone

How would I go about ingesting these for optimal brain metabolism?
For the time being I'm taking them on an empty stomach with green tea, or a latte. An hour or so before hitting the books.
Works wonders, but I'm not too aware of their inter-synergistic qualities. How should I coupled them, and how should I spread them over the day. For example, would I need to consume food if I take Aniracetam with any kind of choline? Is it safe to take them all in one shot? Etc.

Thanks!

If you're new to nootropic try out 1 new one per week before adding in another.

Not exactly new to nootropics, but new to taking these many at a time.
I've seen to respond well to aniracetam thus far. I've tried that alone in the past.
This stack in particular I've noticed helps me to be more alert. Particularly in the morning, when I've always been half-sleep until the afternoon.
So not only has my concentration increased, but I'm not as fatigued during the day. In fact, I'm recalling now yawning maybe twice at the very end of the day these last few days on this regimen. It's somewhat akin to taking redbull without the horrible crash one experiences an hour later (at least that's the effect rb has on me)
I've got the energy, so now what could I add to sustain concentration all through the day. It seems to dwindle at around 3PM. I've been taking this stack at around 9AM.
Another thing I'd hate to think is that by taking them all at once I may neutralize the effects of one compound over another. That's what I need help with.
Thanks!

I've noticed I cannot exceed 1.5g of aniracetam daily or I get too sleepy. This happens when taken alone (with no other nootropic taken throughout the day), and even after taking it together with centrophexine 500mg & cpd choline 250mg. (which I thought would help)

If I cut back the aniracetam by half the next day, then I'm back to feeling alert. It seems 700mg is my threshold with aniracetam.
Is it a common occurrence for people to experience this effect with such a narrow intake threshold? or am I the only one to feel such stark effects.
Would I get the same side effects if I substitute aniracetam with piracetam ?

Good questions indeed, i can only guess, i wouldnt be suprised if you got tired from piracetam, but that doesnt tell you anything about any likelyhood of negative effects.
