Before i start giving my stack.breif history about me.I am 26 i have got add. I am using non tropic to help me to concerntrate better and to improve my memory.Also i want to use it for my martial art to help me with concerntration in my class and to increase my hand & eyes speed and reaction speed.I am also learning arabic which i am finding the word hard to pronounce . I generally have problem pronouncing word.So i am looking for sumthing that can enhance verbal commincation.General question how long do i need to take my stack before coming off and how long do i come back on to my stack when i am off?.Can you tell me if my dosoge are right?.If i need anything extra please do tell me? .Thank you before hand.

First of all, add one supplement per week to see what does what, then you will also be able to adjust dosage to fit your needs.

when taking those supplement for a week seperately would the dosage be the same combined?.wat sort of dosage should i be taking seperatly for each one?.thank for replying.

I suggest starting with piracetam and the "normal" dose for piracetam, 4.8-9.6 grams, as you add more and more, you might want to lower some dosages, increase some just to see what you respond best to. After piracetam i would add centrophenoxine.
