THe last time I knew, a friend didnt put their friends down. Thats not what a "friend" does. ANd as for sticking up for yourself, I would highly suggest it. Just remember this: Love yourself and take no crap off these idiots that put you out. When someone puts another down, its to feel better about themselves.
