Mr Bananas
I have had a hard time sleeping the last three days, and i have used nothing but ashwaganda, so i did a google search and apparently it is used AGAINST insomnia? It doesnt make any sense, yesterday i went on a bike ride for 1 hour, i shaved of 20km in that time, and two hours after that i hit the gym for 45 minutes, i was home again before eight in the evening, but still i would lie in bed turning from one side to the other?
When i tried huperzine i eventually got the same effects as with piracetam, somnolence and insomnia, can the huperzine have screwed me up?

Regarding ashwaganda what brand name and dosage are you using?

You may have a GABA system dysfunction.

Im using "Beyond a century" Ashwaganda extract 5% 50 grams, usually i take 300mg, yesterday i took 600. Hos does a GABA dysfunction express itself and is it treatable/cureable?

I suppose you mean harder to fall asleep, yeah, it was. I also woke up at six in the morning and finally at nine.

No. Actually all aspects of sleep. Getting, staying, and quality.
